The download link does not work
Download links are temporary. Return to anyta.io/download and request a new one. Also check your spam folder: the verification email may have landed there.
The application does not start on Linux
Check that the AppImage file has execute permissions:
chmod +x anyta-*.AppImage
If the error mentions libfuse, install FUSE 2 from your distribution's package
manager.
macOS blocks the application
The installer is not notarized. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway after attempting to launch AnyTa.
The exported design looks different
DST does not store colors. Check the color stop order and assign the palette on your machine. If the issue is density, adjust the spacing and export again.
The machine reports an area error
The design exceeds the configured hoop. Reduce the design size or choose a
larger hoop in the Canvas Settings (
).

Open an issue in the documentation repository stating your operating system, AnyTa version, and the steps to reproduce the problem.
